Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Must obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after dinner drinks.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor guns.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks to Guests according to standards.
• Process transactions using the POS system and handle cash with accuracy.
• Maintain the bar fully stocked and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overages.
