Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old.
ABO certification required before first day.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum six months beverage industry experience.
Must be able to obtain required state licensure.
Work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
Knowledge of sanitation and health regulations.

Responsibilities

Stock bar items daily.
Fill ice bins as needed.
Assist bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
Replace bottles on Easy System.
Replace juices and beer kegs.
Empty garbage and mop floors.
Ensure guest and team member safety.
Other duties as assigned.
