Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Bossier City ABO certification before first day of work.
• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: minimum 6 months in beverage field.
• Exposure to alcohol and smoking environments.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
• Replace bottles on Easy System, replace juices and beer kegs on line.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
