Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana in Bossier City is hiring for beverage service roles in the bar area. You will stock items, assist bartenders, and support cocktail services while upholding health and safety standards.

Requirements include ABO certification, high school diploma or GED, 6 months beverage experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced, alcohol-focused environment. Must be 21+ and able to obtain licensure as required by state regulators.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• ABO certification before the first day of work.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six (6) months experience in beverage field.
• Able to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
• Must be able to obtain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or applicable regulatory entity.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar items daily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks.
• Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs on line.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
