Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking personnel to focus on root cause analysis to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The role emphasizes feedback to management, proposing actionable solutions, and supporting the service assurance network within the quality improvement process.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, FedEx experience, familiarity with mainframe and web-based applications, and strong PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 18 months FedEx experience.
• Ability to complete all basic currency training.
• Knowledge of FedEx operations features of service and mainframe/web-based applications.
• Proficient with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics.

Job description

Provides inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance support for devices, equipment and software. Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma/GED Eighteen (18) months FedEx experience. Ability to complete all basic and re currency training. Knowledge of FedEx operations features of service. Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications, i.e. Cosmos, GNSL, FAMIS, IMS, TSO, CMS, etc. Must be proficient with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics.
