As part of this role, you will:

1. Provide excellent customer service by:
   • Responding to customer requests for banking transactions.
   • Answering customer inquiries and problems with solutions that meet the customer's current needs.
   • Continuously building customer loyalty and advocacy.
2. Contribute to overall banking center operations by:
   • Balancing cash, daily transactions, vault, and ATM.
   • Understanding and ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting.
   • Following information security policies and verification procedures to protect customer privacy.
   • Assisting with opening and/or closing the banking center.
3. Actively participate in a high-performing sales environment by:
   • Selling bank products, making customer referrals, and supporting sales goals.
   • Having knowledge of all bank products.
   • Participating in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

To be successful in this position, the following are required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience
