Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Service Associate in Palo Alto to provide friendly, efficient assistance to customers and colleagues. You will manage the in-store service hub, help with pickup orders and returns, share tourism information, and book service appointments.

You will greet customers, assist with orders, returns, and bookings, and use store technology while supporting merchandising and store operations. A flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications
