Accountabilities

• Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door
• Phone Power Protocol
• Cash Protocol
• Check-Ins, including guest and employee
• Manage alerted check-ins
• Monitoring Coolers, Drink/Bar Inventory and Sales
