Primary Purpose

This role involves bagging items at checkout, restocking, collecting carts, cleaning, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule and prepare for duties at shift start.
  2. Collect and operate trash compactor.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of floors and work areas.
  4. Collect, stack, and push carts to the front of the store.
  5. Demonstrate good customer service skills.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety and company policies.
  • Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to use or learn to use necessary equipment and tools.
  • Meet performance standards, including attendance.
  • Complete the probationary period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
  • Possess and maintain any required licenses or permits.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for approximately 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
  • Perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures is expected.
