Job summary

UBS is seeking a Service Associate in Naples, FL to support branch operations and deliver exceptional client service. You will play a key role in daily cash management tasks and in supporting the market-facing Field Operations team.

As part of the team, you will greet clients, assist visitors, and build relationships with financial advisors while coordinating with operations to maintain compliance and risk standards. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented in fast-paced, client-focused environments.

We’re looking for a Service Associate to:

• carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities as a member of the Field Operations team aligned to the Market
• greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing exceptional service
• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
• maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge

The team

You’ll be working in person within a WMA branch office on the operational team where we provide advice-based solutions. Our financial advisors deliver a fully integrated set of products and services specifically designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families.

Your Skills And Experience

• ideally 3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills

• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
