Barsella on SMU Blvd in Dallas is seeking a server assistant to keep the dining room moving smoothly. You will carry plates from the kitchen to tables, ensure hot dishes reach the right guest, and maintain a clean, well-stocked room throughout the night.

Expect shifts 4pm-9pm, 9pm-2am and close, with wage between 9 and 12 USD per hour plus a 3% tip-out split among support staff. Early December start with opportunities to grow within a new upscale Italian concept.

Barsella is a new upscale Italian restaurant and cocktail room on SMU Blvd, opening in December.

Projected Start Date: Early December

You keep the floor moving, running food from the kitchen to the table, hot and to the right seat. You clear and reset tables fast and clean, refill water, pre-bus as you go, and keep the dining room stocked and sharp through the night. When a section gets slammed, you're the one who rescues the server.

You work the whole room, not one station. You back up every server, read where the pressure is, and get there before anyone has to ask. You'll learn the menu enough to run any plate to any table and know what it is.

The facts of the job:

• Wage // 9-12 an hour plus tip-out (3% of total sales split by support staff).
• Schedule // Shifts from 4pm-9pm, shifts from 9pm-2am + close.
