• Organized, confident and calm with a full lobby and ringing phone.
• Excellent communication and multitasking at front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the front door to control flow.
• Seat tables and balance walk-ins with reservations.
• Answer the phone, take reservations and to-go orders, and quote wait times.
• Keep servers and managers in the loop to ensure smooth floor operation.
