Primary Job Role
- Conduct all assigned work safely, adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies, procedures, and regulations. Wear proper personal protective equipment.
- Attend and complete required tasks and technician training classes in the apprenticeship program.
- Maintain a minimum set of tools as defined by the Apprenticeship Program to diagnose, disassemble, and assemble machine components per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Perform basic equipment repair functions, including maintenance, diagnostics, and parts replacement, with support from a mentor.
- Work under the guidance of a qualified technician, maintaining a neat work area and seeking ways to improve work methods, safety standards, and work environment.
- Complete documentation using appropriate software to record repairs and repair times, submitting required reports to mentors and supervisors.
- Approach work positively, supporting team efforts, and completing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Assist in maintaining the facility following contamination control guidelines, including cleaning and general maintenance duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Formal Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Experience: 6 months or less.
Required Credentials
Able to understand written material and communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Desired Skills
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and relevant dealer software is highly desirable.
