Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability for real-time problem solving. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for the service departments in our dealerships, provide product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience with a focus on making service appointments.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
