AutoNation is seeking a detail-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to assist customers via live phone calls, provide product and service information, and schedule service appointments at our Irving dealerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Previous industry experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries.

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
