At Industrial Flow North America, we master industrial flow solutions for demanding applications, utilizing leading technology in positive displacement and centrifugal pumps, valves, and systems. With a worldwide presence and over 150 years of expertise, we understand our customers and their applications, consistently adding value.

To better serve our customers, we are expanding our team. As a Service and Site Manager, you will coordinate field service jobs, prepare service quotes, plan field service activities, process service orders, and oversee maintenance, safety, and quality at the Holliston facility.

You will report to the Operations Manager and be based in Holliston, Massachusetts.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing quotes, processing service orders, and maintaining customer records
  • Updating delivery schedules for parts and jobs
  • Submitting and following up on pump manual modifications with the documentation department
  • Processing billing, expenses, and service documents promptly
  • Addressing customer complaints, expediting corrective actions, and completing ISO forms as per policy
  • Managing daily activities of field service technicians, including goal setting, performance reviews, and training
  • Verifying repair order completeness and updating delivery dates based on parts arrival
  • Creating a positive, safe, and productive work environment, addressing any issues affecting team morale and productivity
  • Maintaining the facility’s cleanliness, organization, and functionality
  • Ensuring safety protocols are followed for visitors and staff in all areas

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Required Experience & Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma and at least three years of service experience in manufacturing or repair environments
  • Experience managing employees
  • Experience in planning and scheduling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook; ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP
  • Willingness to attend technical training in Germany

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to prioritize, make autonomous decisions, multitask, and manage team activities
  • Discretion and problem-solving skills when working with customers
