Visions Federal Credit Union in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Service and Sales Representative to float among local branches. You’ll open and manage accounts, support consumer and real estate lending needs, resolve concerns, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals.

This full-time, on-site role offers 40 hours weekly with Monday–Friday 8:30AM–5:30PM and rotating Saturday mornings. This position pays $23.00–$25.50 per hour and includes generous benefits; opportunities to grow

Competenze

• Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Title: Service and Sales Representative

Position Overview: As a Service and Sales Representative (SSR), you’ll combine relationship-building with hands‑on branch operations to help members with their everyday banking and financial needs. You’ll open and manage accounts, support consumer and real estate lending needs, resolve concerns, process transactions, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals. As part of this float role, you’ll build broad product and operational knowledge while working across multiple branch environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works confidently and independently, and can adapt to changing member and branch needs.

Position Type: Full‑Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM.

Compensation Range: $23.00/hr. - $25.50/hr.*Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: As a float role, you primarily support the Bethlehem Branch located at 2174 W Union Blvd Bethlehem, PA ., while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches in Allentown and Reading when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability.

What you’ll do in this role:

• Build relationships and serve as the first point of contact for members

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
