Visions Federal Credit Union in Reading, PA seeks a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist to help members with accounts, lending, and daily banking while guiding them toward financial goals.

You’ll work full-time on a float basis across nearby branches, bringing personalized service in person and in Spanish when needed, with training and growth opportunities at Visions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within one year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment that allows for hands-on training and more one-on-one member interactions.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist - Offering $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you'll build meaningful relationships while helping members with accounts, lending needs, everyday banking, and their financial goals. Whether you're bringing experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, or financial services, we'll provide the training and support you need to grow your banking knowledge and build a rewarding career with Visions.

Position Type: Full-Time. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may depend on directly related experience, education, geographic location, or special skills.

Location: As a float role, you primarily support the Shillington Branch located at 600 East Lancaster Ave, Shillington, PA., while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches in Muhlenberg, West Lawn, Exeter, and Reading when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within one year of accepting the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency - A bilingual premium is offered to qualified employees who successfully complete the required language proficiency assessment.
