Job summary

Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Service and Sales Representative to build meaningful relationships with members while handling day-to-day branch operations. You will open and manage various accounts, support loan applications including mortgages, and resolve inquiries in a fast-paced float role across Bethlehem and nearby branches.

The position is full-time with standard hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Notary license obtained within 1 year of accepting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Title: Service and Sales Representative

Position Overview: As a Service and Sales Representative (SSR), you'll combine relationship‑building with hands‑on branch operations to help members with their everyday banking and financial needs. You'll open and manage accounts, support consumer and real estate lending needs, resolve concerns, process transactions, and connect members with solutions that support their financial goals. As part of this float role, you'll build broad product and operational knowledge while working across multiple branch environments. This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works confidently and independently, and can adapt to changing member and branch needs.

Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week). Regular shifts include Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM with rotating Saturday shifts 8:30AM - 12:30PM.

Compensation Range: $23.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*

Location: As a float role, you primarily support the Bethlehem Branch located at 2174 W Union Blvd Bethlehem, PA. while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches in Allentown and Reading when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability.

What you'll do in this role:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate degree required with 1-3 years of experience; 3-5 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Obtain notary license within 1 year of acceptance of role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
