Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Service Parts Operations Specialist to support daily US service parts activities, including master data maintenance in SAP, replenishment planning, PO tracking, and inventory monitoring. You will coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, and project teams to ensure timely availability and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, material planning, inventory control, or service parts.
• SAP, ERP, CRM experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the service parts master list and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date material master data in SAP.
• Review inventory, usage, back orders, open POs, safety stock, and MOQ to develop replenishment plans and forecasts.
• Submit purchase requests and follow open POs through factory shipment and warehouse receipt.
• Track shipment status and proactively escalates delays, shortages, and supply risks.
• Coordinate expedited shipments to support project delivery and service requirements.
• Monitor inventory availability, RMA backorders, and inbound receiving status.
• Coordinate with Procurement, factories, warehouses, commissioning/project teams, Finance, and Sales.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, backorders, open POs, ETA, and receiving status.
• Support inventory reconciliation, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.
