Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks a Data Center Parts and Logistics Specialist to manage procurement, inventory, and distribution of critical spare parts and equipment, ensuring uptime and rapid response to incidents.   • 2+ years in logistics, inventory, warehouse, or IT operations.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Familiar with data center equipment and infrastructure terminology.
  • Experience using inventory systems, CMMS, or ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of data center components including servers, network equipment, power and cooling parts, cabling, and consumables.
  • Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments; ensure proper documentation and asset tracking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate shipping, courier services, and expedited deliveries for emergency repairs.
  • Stage and distribute parts for maintenance, installs, and break/fix activities.
  • Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and forecast usage to support high availability.
  • Handle RMAs, warranty returns, and vendor exchanges.
  • Work closely with Data Center Technicians, Facilities, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure secure storage and proper handling of sensitive or high-value equipment.
  • Follow data center security, safety, and compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and maintain inventory accuracy for regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Data Center Parts and Logistics Specialist support continuous data center operations by managing the procurement, inventory, and distribution of critical spare parts and equipment. This role ensures the right components are available at the right time to support uptime, maintenance, and rapid response to incidents.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree or Bachelors degree - logistics certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse, or technical operations (data center or IT environment preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Familiarity with data center equipment, hardware components, or infrastructure terminology
  • Experience using inventory systems, CMMS, or ticketing platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (servers, racks, power components) as required
Pay Range

USD $57,000.00 - USD $72,540.00 /Yr.
