Job Responsibilities

Maintains store operations by maintaining and repairing convenience store equipment, gas systems, monitoring systems, performing preventive and general maintenance work in stores.

Essential Functions

• Performs light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work to maintain facilities.
• Provides general maintenance support, including painting, building/repairing structures, interiors, shelving, cabinets, cleaning, and basic maintenance.
• Maintains store equipment through troubleshooting, repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Contacts service vendors for repairs and materials.
• Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs.
• Participates in training for existing and new equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use hand/electric carts, power and hand tools, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and independently.
• 3-5 years experience in A/C, Refrigeration, or General Maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between store locations within the division.

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to sit, talk, hear, handle or grasp items, stand, walk, reach, and lift between 5-10 lbs. Reasonable accommodations will be considered for disabilities.

Work Environment

Moderate noise level, natural and fluorescent lighting, with potential for job duties to change without notice.

Compensation

$22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
