We are currently seeking a Service and Experience Cloud Developer to join our team remotely in Karnātaka, India.

Role Overview:

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will help us build the next generation of digital services across the SFDC platform, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Vlocity, MuleSoft, Tableau, and more. You will work with a talented global team, emphasizing training, certifications, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform development, testing, implementation, and documentation within Salesforce.com.
2. Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, and integrations.
3. Act as the first point of escalation for service issues, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders.
4. Prepare and review test scripts, perform unit testing.
5. Provide training and leadership to project teams.
6. Develop Apex classes and Visualforce pages following Salesforce standards.
7. Create Apex test classes with at least 90% code coverage.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with at least 5 projects in a development role.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• Sales or Service Cloud Certification.
• 3+ years of developing custom business logic in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Triggers.
• Knowledge of APIs, SFDC integration, Web Services, REST/SOAP, and DevOps processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Reports & Dashboards, SOQL & SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Aura Framework, Data Migration, and security controls.
