Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Member Experience/Service Ambassador (Airport) to welcome travelers and CLEAR Members, verify membership and documents, and guide them through the CLEAR process with empathy and urgency.

You’ll triage issues, collaborate with support teams, and help maintain safe, efficient airport operations while delivering outstanding service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client-facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in CLEAR lanes – greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, escalate to support teams when needed, and follow through to resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness, signage, equipment cleanliness, guide member flow, and communicate proactively.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols and verify documents as required.

As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you’ll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. You’ll be part of a collaborative team recognized through team based bonuses when your location meets service and operational goals.

What You’ll Do:

Role Requirements

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.

• 1 years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)

• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.
