Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Member Experience/Service Ambassador at the airport to greet passengers, verify memberships and IDs, and guide travelers through the CLEAR process. You will resolve issues with empathy, maintain lane readiness, and share information about CLEAR benefits to ensure a smooth journey.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety procedures, and collaborate with a team that values proactive service and timely problem solving.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members & Travelers: Provide warm, proactive assistance in the CLEAR lanes - greeting, wayfinding, answering questions, and creating memorable interactions.
• Verify & Escort: Warmly welcome and verify CLEAR Members, guiding them smoothly and safely through their journey.
• Resolve Issues: Triage and resolve member concerns, loop in support teams when needed, and follow through to find a resolution.
• Keep Operations Flowing: Ensure lane readiness (signage, equipment, cleanliness), guide smooth member flow, and provide clear, proactive communication throughout the experience.
• Educate & Inform: Share information about CLEAR benefits and services.
• Operate Safely & Compliantly: Follow security protocols, accurately verify documents, and uphold airport and company safety procedures.

As a Member Experience/Service Ambassador, you’ll deliver top notch service for CLEAR members and travelers—greeting passengers, verifying membership and identification, guiding them through the CLEAR process, and resolving issues with empathy and urgency. Role Requirements

• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of client facing customer service experience (retail, hospitality, travel, food services, etc)
• Open availability for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Successful completion of CLEAR, airport, and government screening as applicable, and CLEAR background checks, including but not limited to a drug test. This may also include federal Personnel Security (PerSec) SF-85 screening, depending on your work assignment.
