Job summary

Illuminus’ St. Dominic Villa in Hazel Green, WI is seeking a Service Aide for FT & PT roles. You will support residents with compassionate care in a welcoming community and gain growth opportunities toward LPN/RN through tuition reimbursement.

Opportunities include PM shifts; benefits include health plan, FSA, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and a mission-driven culture. Starting wage is $16.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in CNA program starts within the month of hire date.
• Excellent communications and human relation skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to residents/patients/clients, family members / personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with all internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
• Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors.
• Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
• Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
• Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents.
