Job summary

St. Dominic Villa, an Illuminus community in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a Service Aide (CNA) for full-time or part-time shifts. Join a compassionate team delivering quality care to older adults in a welcoming environment.

Enrollment in a CNA program is required to start within the hire date month; the role emphasizes communication, confidentiality, teamwork, and assisting residents with daily tasks while maintaining safety and respect.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Certified Nursing Aide program that starts within the month of hire date; training provided.
• Excellent communications and human relations skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with residents/patients/clients and supervisors.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive image of the entity in the community in line with our mission, vision and values.
• Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors.
• Only perform tasks in which training has been provided.
• Cooperate with scheduling to accomplish adequate coverage for resident services.
• Pass newspapers, answer call lights, deliver meal trays to residents.
