Haselwood Auto Group in Bremerton, WA is seeking a Service Advisor to connect customers with the service team and guide them through the repair process with transparency and confidence.

You will prepare clear estimates, explain recommended services, and ensure accurate communication from check-in to delivery, while collaborating with technicians to keep repairs moving and customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• One year service advisor experience or equivalent.
• ASE certifications preferred.

Description

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the important connection between our customers and our service team. You’ll listen to customer concerns, provide knowledgeable recommendations, explain repair and maintenance needs, and guide customers through the service process with confidence and transparency.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a remarkable service experience from check-in to delivery.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend appropriate diagnostic, maintenance, and repair solutions.
• Use your automotive knowledge to explain recommended services clearly and confidently.
• Prepare accurate, transparent estimates for parts, labor, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Recommend the right repairs and services based on the customer’s needs—not simply sell repairs.
• Obtain accurate parts and labor pricing and present complete estimates at the time the repair order is written.
• Gain customer authorization and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Write thorough, organized repair orders that give technicians the information they need to diagnose and complete repairs efficiently.
• Work closely with technicians, team leaders, and other members of the service team to keep repairs moving and customers informed.
• Follow company processes and standards while contributing to a professional, positive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• High School graduation or equivalent
• One (1) year service advisor experience, manufacturer training or demonstrated technical expertise.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications preferred.
• Experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver’s license for more than 3 years

• Commission-Based Pay: $45,000–$180,000 annually. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, experience, and qualifications.

General Population Vacation Accrual

90 days = 24 hours

Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
