Pape’ Kenworth in Sparks, NV is seeking a Service Advisor / Writer to join our team. You will open, maintain, prove, and close service orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience daily.

You will oversee service and warranty work orders, assist in shop workflow, check-in equipment for repair, and support customers with a friendly, team-oriented approach. Strong computer skills with Outlook/Word/Excel are preferred; mechanical aptitude is a plus, and the role offers competitive pay

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel and ability to learn new computer programs.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
