Job summary

Ciocca Ford of York is hiring an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing, dynamicteam in York, PA. You will oversee service orders and drive lane flow, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

We offer commission-based pay ($40,000–$80,000 annually), full-time with some Saturdays, PTO and holidays, air-conditioned shops, 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive medical, dental, prescription and vision, advancement opportunities within the Ciocca

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
