Tucson Subaru, a top-rated dealership consistently ranked Dealership of the Year and one of the top-performing Subaru dealerships in the nation, is actively seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. Our dealership has big plans for 2022, and now is the time to join!

As a Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will include writing up ROs and serving as the main conduit between our service department and our guests. The ideal candidate would have prior experience as a service advisor in a new car dealership.

Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure customers have a positive dealership experience.

Qualifications

Service Advisor Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous automotive advising experience strongly recommended.
• Prior dealership experience.
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
