Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is hiring Service Advisors to drive sales success in our Truck Care facilities. You will blend technical and managerial skills to lead service centers and advance toward becoming a Truck Care General Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting repair estimates, promoting promotions, and ensuring excellent customer service while managing operations and coordinating with management for talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills.
