Job summary

Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Service Advisor for our Truck Care facilities. You will apply sales skills and customer service to drive service center success and support management in growing toward a Truck Care General Manager track.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, estimating repair costs, promoting services, and collaborating with managers on talent acquisition while maintaining a safe, clean facility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective teamwork skills and ability to use computer programs and systems.

Responsibilities

Service Advisors are key members of management, combining technical and managerial skills to lead service centers and progress towards becoming a Truck Care General Manager.

Job Functions:
