Love's Travel Stops in Salisbury, NC seeks a Service Advisor to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our Truck Care facilities. As a key member of management, you will blend technical and managerial skills to lead service centers and progress toward becoming a Truck Care General Manager.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to plan repairs, provide cost estimates, promotions, and approvals, while collaborating with managers on

• 6 months in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical.

• Maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Greet customers, address vehicle service needs, and document issues.
• Provide detailed repair cost estimates, sales promotions, obtain necessary approvals and payments.
