Stokes Tire Service in Santa Monica is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate customer needs into actionable recommendations and help drive tire and repair sales.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive service sales, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. You’ll lift 70 lbs when needed and may work weekends to serve customers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or related field.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customer and technician and translate needs into recommendations.

• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
