Job summary

Apex Auto & RV Repair in Clearwater is seeking a driven Service Advisor who understands that great service and strong sales go hand in hand. This role is not an order taker; you will guide customers through the repair process, build trust, and explain value to secure the recommended work.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, no weekends. You should be coachable, tech-savvy, and able to turn conversations into approved work. Automotive service experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a strong closing background.
• Excellent phone, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable presenting estimates and asking for the sale.
• Strong follow-up and organizational habits.
• Confidence using computers, texting, email, digital inspections, and shop-management software.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly.
• Accountability for individual sales, closing ratio, average repair order, and gross profit.
• A team-first attitude with a desire to improve every day.
• Automotive service experience is strongly preferred.
