Job summary

Pine Belt CDJR MS in Troy Township, IL is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to greet customers, assess service needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate job details and efficient workflow.

You will prepare repair orders, track status, communicate timelines and costs, and help customers understand repairs while maintaining professional service counter standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Prior experience as a service advisor, service writer, or customer service representative preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive or commercial tire/mechanical services is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company systems.
