Job summary

Southern Tire Mart is seeking a friendly, professional customer service associate to greet guests, explain available services, and accurately create and update service tickets. You will coordinate repair schedules with technicians, communicate job status to customers, and discuss costs and timelines in a transparent, customer-friendly way.
