Job summary

Casey’s Tire & Brake in Gainesville, TX is seeking a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule appointments, and explain service options. You will guide customers through repair recommendations and keep them informed about progress.

You will update customers on repairs, communicate clearly with the team, and help maintain a fast-paced, customer-focused shop environment with strong emphasis on service quality and safety.

Overview

As a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. Typical duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and telling them about the types of services our shop offers. You'll update customers and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers and keep them apprised on the progress of their vehicle repairs.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
