Job summary

Norris Tire & Auto Center in Champaign, IL is seeking a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor to assist customers with vehicle repair needs, greet customers, schedule appointments, and explain service types.

You will clearly communicate repair recommendations, keep customers updated on progress, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on exceptional service.

Must have automotive industry experience and be authorized to work in the United States.

Overview:

As a Retail Salesperson/Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs. Typical duties include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, and telling them about the types of services our shop offers. You'll update customers and clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers and keep them apprised on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
