Step One Automotive in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Service Advisor. You greet customers on the drive, determine needed services, and prepare repair orders while keeping the customer informed. You will estimate costs, discuss maintenance options, schedule appointments, and obtain customer data and payment authorization.

You may work in Service and Express departments with consistent duties. Requirements include strong organization, problem solving, integrity, and the ability to work

Responsibilities

• Follow SOAG advisor service drive process.
• Prepare a pre-write for the next day appointments detailing required services and recalls.
• Greets client on the drive at their vehicle and perform walkaround.
• Identify mechanical problems and prepare repair orders.
• Explain work performed and repair charges to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and obtain data.
• Obtain customer payments and authorize repairs.
• Update clients daily on vehicle progress.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and proper care of vehicles.
