Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will be the sales force of the Service department, handling all customer transactions from start to finish while striving to meet department and personal goals and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent the mission and core values to foster a positive team environment.
2. Continuously improve selling skills and product knowledge through OEM or vendor training.
3. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the workplace.
4. Support teamwork across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
6. Achieve service sales goals by proactively selling additional services, parts, and accessories.
7. Follow established repair order processes, including accurate documentation and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; effective communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to collect data and draw conclusions.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience or training.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and using scheduling systems.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Regular attendance during scheduled hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs and push over 100 lbs.
• Work in a high-stress environment with potential exposure to temperature changes, chemicals, and mechanical parts.
