Service Advisor Motorcycle ATV Powersports

Position Overview

This role offers a salary range of $35,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Purpose of the Position

Service Advisors act as the sales force of the Service department, handling customer transactions from start to finish, aiming to meet department and personal goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Customer Relationships: Achieve high customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and growth through effective communication and follow-up.
  3. Service Execution: Meet or exceed service sales goals, ensure timely completion of repair orders, and maintain operational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year related experience or training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, and make effective presentations.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and scheduling systems.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to work 9+ hours, including weekends.
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 35 lbs and pushing over 100 lbs.
  • Work in a high-stress environment with exposure to various conditions and hazards.
