Qualificações

• Experience in customer-facing automotive service is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential
• Sales mindset with results-oriented approach is valued
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and repair orders

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and build professional, long-term relationships
• Listen to concerns and document vehicle/service information accurately
• Coordinate with technicians to understand recommended repairs
• Clearly explain repair recommendations and answer questions
• Present and sell maintenance and repair services
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with Technicians and Parts Manager to keep work moving
• Follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-office environment
• Manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced shop
