The Automotive Service Advisor will greet customers, assess repair needs, write up estimates, and communicate clearly to ensure timely, accurate service. A valid driver’s license and dealership experience are preferred.

• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine vehicle repair needs.
• Greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for time and cost.
• Communicate effectively to ensure satisfactory repairs and appropriate maintenance.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise prognosis of the vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones promptly.

Automotive Service Advisor

Compensation: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $80,000 - $110,000 per year with earning potential based on your personal performance.

What will you do?

• The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency
• Write up service needs and provide the customer with an accurate estimate for the dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with the customer, to achieve satisfactory repairs, sale of necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keeps the customer informed and advise the customer of the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.

What are we looking for?
