Job summary

Holman Enterprises' Land Rover Denver in Littleton, CO is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You will interact with customers to determine repair needs, greet clients, and write up service requests with accurate estimates for work and timing.

You'll communicate clearly to secure customer understanding, explain warranty and service policies, keep customers informed on prognosis, and schedule appointments while answering phones in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Service Advisor experience required.
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Valid Drivers License, a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities
