The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs and will write up service needs, provide estimates, and communicate clearly to ensure satisfactory

Qualifications

• Service advisor experience is required.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR or minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Write up service needs and provide accurate estimates for the dollar amount and completion time.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and appropriate service or maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep the customer informed and advise on the prognosis of their vehicle.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer phones in a timely manner.

What will you do?

The Service Advisor will interact with customers to determine their need for vehicle repairs.

What are we looking for?

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
