West Central Equipment in Martinsburg, PA, a John Deere dealer, is seeking a Service Advisor with knowledge of equipment engines and systems. The right candidate will have strong customer service, service department experience, and the ability to diagnose equipment problems.

You will prepare estimates, develop repair orders, assign work, maintain customer relationships, and ensure accurate billing while supporting training and professional growth within a family-owned dealership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret equipment problems through listening, clarifying, inspecting and test driving.
• Verify warranty coverage or service contracts.
• Develop and communicate accurate estimates, and maintain contact with customers regarding deviations from estimates.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), enter RO into service database system.
• Assign work to service technicians.
• Maintain customer relationships and enhance company reputation.
• Maintain equipment records and complete billing with customers.
• Complete required training.

West Central Equipment, the John Deere agriculture and mowing equipment dealership in Central and Western Pennsylvania, is seeking a Service Advisor for our Martinsburg Store. We sell, service, and supply parts for John Deere tractors, skid steers, balers, combines, planters, mowers, utility vehicles, implements and related equipment.The Service Advisor will be someone who has knowledge of equipment engines and systems. The right candidate has good people skills, service department experience and the ability to identify equipment problems.
