Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and a servant’s attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with digital multipoint inspections.
• Team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete all manufacturer training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding service experience.
• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
• Review and communicate digital multipoint inspection findings.
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding repair status.
• Handle warranty claims, estimates, and invoicing.
• Complete required Hyundai factory training.
