Wise Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for its Old Town Temecula Harley-Davidson location. You will initiate automotive services, estimate repairs, write repair orders, and maintain customer records, while guiding customers on recommended maintenance.

The role emphasizes strong communication with customers, efficient service coordination, and meeting service department goals. A motorcycle license with endorsement is required, with opportunities for growth within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with point-of-sale and service software or ability to learn quickly.
• Current motorcycle license with motorcycle endorsement; driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Department management in maintaining a smooth running, efficient service department with Exceptional Customer Satisfaction.
• Determine correct part numbers and labor times when building work orders and communicate with technicians.
• Ensure vehicle intake forms are signed and damage noted; record information accurately.
• Assess warranty status and communicate concerns to technicians for proper parts handling.
• Greet customers promptly at the service entrance and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
